daily intentions - 2 words that describe what you are grateful for/ what you appreciate

So i don't set new year intentions, as they are often broken, not really what your heart will commit to or have to change as your life/circumstances change.

However a friend and fellow yoga teacher Nadine (see www.yogawithnadine.com) set up "The Two Word Project" with the idea that you can "use two words to live your year by". I liked this c/w setting traditional new year intentions so I thought about this and decided that I would use this to acknowledge what I am grateful for or what I appreciate.

So often we spend our time focusing on what has negatively happened to us, or how we were wronged, rather than focusing on the good things that happpen to us along the way.

So what are my first 2 words - "see truthfully". I have alot going on in my life right now and really want to understand what is happening to me without anger, fear, blame, hurt, etc to try and get to the truth of the matter. Why is the universe sending this my way and what can I learn from this. Of course this relates to the niyama - satya or truthfullness, so it fits that my first intention for the year is based on one of the 5 niyamas.
